Our Services
We provide a full range of services to help you with your hearing needs (follow the link below for more detail). The students and faculty spend more time with you than what professionals in most other facilities have time to do. We believe that you will find this to be an extraordinary experience, unique from what you may find in other healthcare visits.
COVID-19: We are following strict safety protocols during the pandemic to protect patients, students, and staff. This includes distancing, sanitization and cleaning, masks and shields when within 6 feet, and temperature screens of anyone in the clinic.

Who We Are
Services are provided by doctoral students, directly supervised by licensed and certified audiologists who are faculty at Grand Valley State University. These audiologists not only have many years of clinical experience, but have dedicated their careers to conducting cutting-edge research and educating the next generation of audiologists. Combined, they possess expertise in hearing, balance, tinnitus, and other specialty areas that cannot always be found at other facilities.
Pricing philosophy
We believe that everyone in Grand Rapids and West Michigan deserves access to quality hearing healthcare. We provide services for anyone in the community, and will assist those who may not be able to otherwise afford hearing services. Given our ties with Grand Valley State University, we also provide special pricing for those affiliated with GVSU.
Consistent with our mission of providing GVSU students with clinical experiences, once the basic operating expenses are covered, the profits from the clinic will be able to assist the audiology students with the financial costs of their education as well as help provide hearing aids to those in the community least able to pay.
